Sales Representative at Culminate Consulting

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for parents and children. Key Responsibilities - Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations - Assist parents in selecting appropriate items for their children - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets - Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness - Handle customer inquiries (in-store and online) - Process payments and manage basic sales records - Promote new arrivals and ongoing promotions Requirements - Minimum of OND - Previous retail or sales experience is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good customer service orientation - Neat, organized, and presentable - Must reside on the Island - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Check how your CV aligns with this job
