## Title: Sales and Placement Officer
About the Role
Vuzela Consulting seeks a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and Placement Officer to join our team and help expand our reach in the education and training sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to enrollment, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique career aspirations of prospective students and effectively match them with the most suitable training program
- Outreach & Promotion: Represent the academy at educational fairs, school events, community gatherings, and through digital channels to promote our courses
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective and current students, providing excellent customer service
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and student data in our CRM system and provide regular reports on sales performance
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in any field
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education, training, or service sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving results
- Genuine interest in and understanding of the childcare, domestic services, and elder care industries
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
