Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collect, organize, and maintain sales data in CRM systems or databases. - Analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to the sales team and management. - Assist in managing sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and invoices. - Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed. - Respond to inquiries from sales representatives and other internal stakeholders promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities. - Help streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. - Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM systems and other sales tools. - Assist in maintaining customer databases and ensuring data accuracy. - Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and requests. - Help cultivate positive relationships with customers through timely and effective communication. - Liaise with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to facilitate cross-functional initiatives. - Participate in meetings and projects to represent the sales operations perspective and contribute to strategic decision-making. Skills: AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Proven experience in sales support, operations, or a similar role. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspaces. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. - A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Must have completed NYSC
