## Title: Sales Officer – Real Estate

Role Overview

SmartCity PLC is seeking energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Officers who can convert prospects, close deals, and represent the brand professionally. Ideal candidates must be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new clients for SmartCity projects
  • Promote and sell available estates, properties, and investment opportunities
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently
  • Conduct follow-ups on leads, enquiries, and prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
  • Attend site inspections, product knowledge sessions, and promotional campaigns
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor or Manager

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline
  • 7–13 years of sales experience in real estate
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good understanding of the Lagos, Ibadan, and Osogbo real estate markets
  • Confidence, resilience, and excellent customer engagement ability
