## Title: Sales Officer – Real Estate
Role Overview
SmartCity PLC is seeking energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Officers who can convert prospects, close deals, and represent the brand professionally. Ideal candidates must be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new clients for SmartCity projects
- Promote and sell available estates, properties, and investment opportunities
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently
- Conduct follow-ups on leads, enquiries, and prospects
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Attend site inspections, product knowledge sessions, and promotional campaigns
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor or Manager
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline
- 7–13 years of sales experience in real estate
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good understanding of the Lagos, Ibadan, and Osogbo real estate markets
- Confidence, resilience, and excellent customer engagement ability
