Role Description

We are seeking a qualified Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Educating healthcare providers about our product portfolio
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
• Understanding customer needs and providing exceptional customer service
• Ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Conducting accurate reporting and market analysis to support strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Strong expertise in pharmaceutical sales and general sales practices
• Knowledge of pharmacy and pharmaceutical product categories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in presenting product benefits and addressing client queries
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or a relevant sales position
