We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the FMCG and e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities to drive business development
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
- Analyze market potential and track sales performance to deliver actionable intelligence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in all client engagements
- Stay informed on product updates and promotions
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation
- Prior exposure to consumer goods, cosmetics, or related industries
- Results-oriented and highly driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
