## Title: Sales and Marketing Personnel

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales personnel to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, securing, and maintaining new business, as well as developing and managing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales plan to meet or exceed established sales targets
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up and communication
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of products and services to potential and existing clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competition to identify new sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar role
  • University degree (First Class, Second Class Upper) or HND with Upper Credit from a reputable institution
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast learner with passion for sales
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
