A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. ROLE DESCRIPTION
  • The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating order fulfillment, and supporting business development initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments, including Warehouse, Transport, Accounts, and Inventory Control, to ensure efficient order processing, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction levels.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Educate customers on company products, deals, promotions, and special offers.
  • Proactively contact customers to receive purchase orders and encourage repeat business.
  • Provide business development support to customers to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Deliver after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify customer needs and communicate relevant offers and solutions effectively.
Order Processing & Coordination
  • Verify customer orders, including personal information, pricing, and payment details.
  • Check stock availability, stock balances, and pricing accuracy before order confirmation.
  • Liaise with the Warehouse and Transport departments to arrange deliveries and special orders.
  • Book pallet collections with approved transport companies where required.
  • Expedite orders through effective internal coordination to meet delivery timelines.
  • Send delivery alerts and re-order level notifications to relevant stakeholders.
Internal Liaison & Transaction Support
  • Work closely with the Accounts department and Inventory Control to complete transactions accurately.
  • Assist in preparing sales documentation, credit control letters, and sales reports.
  • Support reconciliation processes by ensuring accurate communication of order and delivery details.
Sales Administration & Reporting
  • Update and maintain the wholesale price list as required.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales, delivery, and credit control reports.
  • Ensure all sales records and communications are accurate and properly documented.
Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and product knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.
  • Communicate relevant market feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
