Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. We are currently recruiting two (2) experienced Sales Managers to oversee and drive operations in our Lagos and Mowe areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Develop strategies to grow market share in the steel sector
• Monitor market trends and report performance to management

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in steel sales
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships
• Must reside close to either Mowe or Agege warehouse
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage and motivate sales teams effectively
