## Title: Sales Manager (Pharmacist)
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager (Pharmacist) to join our team. As a Sales Manager working in an office environment, you will oversee the entire sales team and manage sales operations and product supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge of products and sales processes while effectively managing sales personnel
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Analyze data to set staff targets and evaluate performance; inform product sales outcomes, distribution decisions, identify areas for improvement, and streamline operations to enhance efficiency
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with customers, prescribers, recommenders, and other business partners
- Collaborate with various departments; coordinate, supervise, and coach the sales team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community pharmacy practice or sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with point-of-sale software and systems
Compensation
Salary and Commission: Above N500,000
