## Title: Sales Manager – Luxury Sector

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, responsible, and highly motivated Sales Manager to oversee operations, drive sales growth, and lead a performance-driven team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience selling luxury products or services to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), be highly target-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with a premium brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and consistently meet sales and performance targets
  • Build and manage strong relationships with HNIs and elite clientele
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed expectations
  • Develop and execute effective business and marketing strategies
  • Ensure top-tier customer service and brand representation at all touchpoints
  • Oversee daily operations and report performance insights to management

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience in luxury sales or business management
  • Proven track record of selling to HNIs and achieving revenue goals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Must reside on the Island and be available for immediate resumption
