## Title: Sales Manager – Corporate & Project Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for Corporate and Project Sales to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion through effective leadership, strategic planning, and strong client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts with corporate and project clients
  • Conduct sales reporting and forecasting to track team performance
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on competitor information
  • Communicate product details effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the sales team on planning, reporting, and execution of sales activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry dealers and key contacts
  • Attend trade shows and visit project sites to identify business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends in the Nigerian building and construction industry

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (Master's Degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Tiles industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new business and acquire new clients
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian building market and real estate project companies

Compensation

₦600,000 per month
