Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales function to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets. This role will oversee a team of sales executives and representatives, drive high-performance sales activities, build and manage a strong pipeline, and ensure consistent conversion of qualified leads into closed deals.
The ideal candidate is a strategic closer with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding high sales targets in real estate or a similar high-value industry.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Target Delivery
- Own and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews and pipeline meetings
- Provide ongoing sales training, role-plays, and field coaching for team members
Pipeline & Strategy Management
- Build, manage, and optimize a strong sales pipeline across various channels (referrals, digital leads, networking, partnerships, cold outreach)
- Analyze sales data, conversion ratios, and lead sources to refine strategy and improve closing rates
- Design and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team
Key Client & Deal Management
- Personally lead negotiations and closing of high-value deals and strategic clients
- Support team members on complex transactions, documentation, and closing processes
- Ensure all deals comply with company policies, pricing structures, and real estate regulations
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property pricing, and customer preferences, providing strategic feedback to management
