## Title: Sales Manager - Auchi

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, passionate, and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Auchi. This role requires a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and high-performing sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will spearhead business growth, build and manage a dynamic sales team, deepen customer engagement, and drive revenue expansion across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve ambitious performance targets
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels within the region
  • Build strong relationships with merchants, agents, customers, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and provide timely resolutions to customer issues
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to guide sales initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and recommend improvements
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen brand presence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 3–7 years of proven success in sales, preferably in FinTech, financial services, FMCG, or telecom
  • Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and make informed decisions
  • Proactive, energetic, target-driven, and passionate about financial inclusion
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Auchi, Edo State
