Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Sales Executives and Business Development Managers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the business goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key enterprise accounts.
- Identify new market opportunities and support entry strategies into untapped sectors.
- Track sales team performance, manage forecasting, and ensure pipeline health via CRM tools.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
- Train and mentor the sales team to build a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the ICT/Enterprise Solutions space, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in enterprise technology sales.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions and familiarity with SaaS and cloud business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with operational rigor and a hands-on leadership style.
