## Title: Sales Manager
Role Summary
To support our expansion, we are recruiting a Sales Manager who is ambitious, results-driven, and passionate about growth. In this role, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services, identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue. This is a performance-based position with a competitive basic salary plus commission, offering multiple opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for the company
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups
- Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations within the Energy sector (3-5 years for Sales Managers preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients
- Must be resident in Lagos, Nigeria
