About the Role
HRLeverage Africa, a Pan-African workforce management company, is recruiting Sales Executives on behalf of its client—a leading and fast-growing asset finance company expanding across Nigeria. This is a B2B2C sales position where you will engage directly with dealers, phone store owners, and retail partners to drive consumer sales through improved product visibility, promotions, and in-store activation.
You will be the face of our client in your region, managing store relationships, driving sellouts, and ensuring customers understand the benefits of our client's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage new retail stores, dealers, and distributors
- Ensure every store has adequate stock and strong product visibility
- Drive sellout growth by supporting dealers to convert cash buyers to credit customers
- Build lasting relationships with store owners and shop managers
- Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and pricing
- Report daily sales performance and market feedback
- Identify and support underperforming stores through sales activation and training
- Negotiate product placement and point-of-sale visibility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably in telecom, smartphone, FMCG, or fintech industries
- Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and dealer management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, trustworthy, and proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to work in the field and travel across locations
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₦250,000
