## Title: Sales Executive – Wholesale Open Market, Lagos
About the Role
BOGO Beverages is seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales growth, distribution, and product visibility across key open markets in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling beverage products in wholesale or open-market environments and strong connections within Ojo, Yaba, Ebute Metta, Mushin, and Oke Arin markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets in the Lagos wholesale and open-market segment
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key wholesalers, distributors, and market leaders
- Ensure product visibility, adequate stock levels, and consistent availability across all designated markets
- Identify and onboard new business opportunities and potential distributors to expand market reach
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and promotional deals to maximize profitability
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable intelligence
- Work closely with logistics and supply teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Execute trade marketing and brand activation initiatives to boost product awareness
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports to the Sales Manager
- Collect feedback from customers and market stakeholders to enhance product and service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in wholesale or open-market sales within the beverage industry (carbonated drinks, water, energy drinks, etc.)
- Must reside in Lagos with solid knowledge of the trading dynamics in Ojo, Yaba, Ebute Metta, Mushin, and Oke Arin markets
- Strong existing network of wholesalers and retailers in the territory
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
