## Title: Sales Executive – Loan & Wealth Management

Position Overview

Rosabon Financial Services is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive loan and wealth management product sales in Lagos. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers and our financial institution, helping qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner while building lasting client relationships.

Scope and Impact

  • Sell various loan products and investment solutions to qualified customers
  • Act as liaison between customers and the financial institution
  • Collect and prepare all materials needed to process transactions (loans and investments)
  • Review loan applications and evaluate potential risks

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
  • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
  • Determine applicable ratios and metrics, and establish debt payment plans
  • Communicate with clients to request or provide information
  • Justify approval/rejection decisions and report on outcomes
  • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
  • Review loan agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy according to policy
  • Update account records, compute payment schedules, and process transactions on ERP systems
  • Confer with underwriters to resolve loan application issues
  • Stay current on loan types and financial services offerings
  • Assess customer needs and introduce appropriate loan and investment products
  • Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services to meet quotas
  • Build trust relationships and ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
  • Operate in full compliance with lending laws, regulations, and compliance guidelines
  • Drive deposit mobilization to meet set targets

  • Meet monthly loan and investment targets
  • Reduce number of non-performing loans
