An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job brief: - We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and support the company’s growth through effective marketing and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets - Conduct property tours, site visits, and presentations - Manage client inquiries and provide professional guidance - Negotiate offers, payment plans, and closing terms - Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports - Promote properties through calls, social media, and field marketing Requirements: - OND, HND, BSc holders - 0–1years of experience in real estate sales or a related field - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work with sales targets and handle fieldwork - Good knowledge of the real estate market - Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing Competencies: - Sales-driven, customer-focused, persuasive, reliable, and well-presented.
