Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Summary - The Sales Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, sales execution, property listings, agent coordination, and client follow-ups for a fast-growing real estate advisory firm. - The role focuses on execution, accountability, and revenue growth within clearly defined systems. Key Responsibilities: Operations: - Manage property listings and inventory records - Coordinate property inspections and site visits - Liaise with lawyers, surveyors, developers, and landlords - Ensure documentation completeness and compliance. Sales & Revenue: - Handle inbound leads and follow-ups - Supervise commission-based agents - Close property transactions within approved guidelines - Track commissions, fees, and collections. Marketing Execution: - Implement approved marketing content and campaigns - Manage WhatsApp Business, CRM, and lead database - Coordinate inspection videos, testimonials, and updates. Reporting & Control: - Submit weekly activity reports - Submit monthly revenue and pipeline reports - Escalate risks, disputes, or compliance issues promptly. Requirements: - 1 – 2 years experience in sales, operations, real estate, or related roles - Strong follow-up and organizational skills - High integrity and professionalism - Comfortable with targets and performance tracking. Salary N50,000 monthly + Attractive Commissions.
