Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the plastic manufacturing industry, particularly in PET preforms and HDPE/PE caps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining client relationships, and expanding market presence within the FMCG, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of PET preforms, HDPE, LDPE, and PE caps across targeted markets
• Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients in the FMCG, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored packaging solutions that meet their needs
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while preparing accurate performance and sales reports

Preferred Background

• Proven sales experience in a plastic manufacturing or packaging organization
• Hands-on experience dealing with PET preforms, HDPE/LDPE, or PE caps
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
