## Title: Sales Executive – Online Sales & Customer Relations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Executive to lead our Online Sales & Customer Relations team. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales growth, oversee customer engagement strategies, and ensure an exceptional client experience across multiple online channels.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the sales team, while also managing high-value client interactions, resolving escalations, and developing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Online Sales & Customer Relations team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Oversee customer engagement across online channels (social media, website, WhatsApp, email, etc.), ensuring prompt, professional, and effective communication
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert online inquiries into successful sales while driving repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Manage escalated customer complaints, resolve conflicts effectively, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Track and analyze sales performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to improve strategies and team efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to optimize the customer journey and align sales initiatives with business goals
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, technology adoption (CRM, online platforms), and customer engagement practices

Requirements

  • HND qualification or equivalent
  • 4–6 years of proven leadership experience in sales management or team lead role, preferably within an online or digital sales environment
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
