An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Summary: - The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and ensuring product availability within designated routes and outlets. The role plays a key part in driving distribution, visibility, and trade execution in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities - Execute sales strategies and achieve monthly sales targets within assigned routes. - Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across outlets. - Maintain and grow customer relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts. - Provide accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence. - Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment in outlets. - Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving overall area objectives. Skills - Sales execution and route management - Negotiation and customer relationship building - Communication and reporting - Trade marketing and merchandising - Territory expansion and coverage - Core Competencies - Self-motivation and resilience - Result-driven mindset - Strong interpersonal skills - Proactive problem-solving - Accountability and discipline Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - 2–4 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in field sales. - Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale trade channels. - Ability to meet targets under pressure and manage multiple outlets. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
