## Title: Sales Executive – Granite and Natural Marbles
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team in the granite and natural marbles sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all client interactions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Nigeria's building materials market and product offerings
- Stay aware of competitor offerings and market positioning
- Prepare and manage accurate sales reporting and forecasting
- Employ strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively
- Communicate product details clearly and comprehensively to clients and partners
- Plan, report, and coordinate efficiently with the sales team and management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and distributors
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and visit project sites for business development
- Achieve assigned sales targets within stipulated timelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: HND
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Experience Requirements
- Total Experience: 5 – 10 years
- Relevant Experience: 5 – 10 years in the Building Materials industry, particularly in Granite and Natural Marbles
- Preferred background with major stockists or importers of granite and natural marbles
Key Competencies
- Strong knowledge of building material sales channels, dealer networks, and project-based selling
- Results-driven and self-motivated approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
