Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive (B2B) to develop and grow the market for carton and flexible packaging materials.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales performance within Lagos and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new markets for carton and flexible packaging products.
- Promote and sell products to businesses in the packaging and bread-making sectors.
- Gather and analyze competitive market information.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Expand the company’s customer base and improve market share.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and market activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in cartons, flexible packaging, or related materials.
- Preferably from industries such as Paper Selling Companies or Cormart.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Age: 25–35 years.
- Must be confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
- N350,000 – N450,000 net monthly, plus monthly incentives.
- Salary is negotiable for highly qualified candidates from the same industry.
