## Title: Sales Executive

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through lead qualification, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. The successful candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling, leveraging expertise to identify and qualify leads with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads generated through inbound phone, email, and website inquiries
  • Qualify prospects to ensure they align with target market segments
  • Nurture prospects from initial interest to close as quickly as possible
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional responses to prospect inquiries
  • Educate prospects about products and services
  • Strategize and present high-level technical and business solutions based on understanding of prospect business processes
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
  • Assist with lead generation activities, including cold calling when necessary
  • Stay current on products, services, industry trends, and competitive offerings
  • Manage and track a high volume of prospects using the CRM system
  • Update sales pipeline and forecasting information
  • Maintain paperwork for sales commissions
  • Assist Accounting with collections as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
  • 2+ years of experience selling software business applications, ideally CRM, ERP, Financial Services, or Capital Market solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively
  • Proven comfort and skill navigating through all levels of an organization
  • Ability to clearly articulate a value proposition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with outstanding presentation abilities
  • Highly organized and self-directed approach to sales development
  • High energy level and results-driven personality
