## Title: Sales Executive - Medical Devices

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the medical device sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting and selling a range of medical products, and building strong relationships with healthcare institutions across your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads for medical device sales
  • Promote and sell products including POCUS, CPAP systems, oxygen devices, maternal and neonatal equipment
  • Conduct on-site sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical teams
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Work towards meeting strategic sales goals in assigned regions

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical equipment sales
  • Strong existing network with hospitals, health institutions, medical directors, procurement units, and clinical staff
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel for sales visits, demonstrations, and field engagements
