Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their requirements
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other outreach methods
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze territory and market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets
