## Title: Sales Executive

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Club Concierge Africa as a Sales Executive in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct off-site promotional events and generate leads for sales opportunities
  • Engage with potential customers at various venues such as airports, country clubs, malls, festivals, and community events to promote vacation ownership packages
  • Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's vacation ownership offerings
  • Collect customer contact information and input it into the company database through provided CRM tools
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries from prospects
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically while adhering to industry regulations and standards during all interactions with potential customers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and deliver persuasive lead-generating pitches
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds, with the confidence to approach and engage with new contacts
