Sales / Business Growth Executive at Digital Space Capital

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Sales & Business Growth Executive to drive new business acquisition and client growth. You will be responsible for developing strategic business relationships, mobilizing deposits, and promoting company products and services to impact business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new beneficial business relationships that impact the business bottom line through sales of company offerings
• Maintain, expand, and improve existing business relationships
• Work with executives to develop new sales areas and improve sales performance through various methods
• Research and develop new products
• Lead deposit mobilization initiatives
• Prepare Credit Assessment Memos (CAM) and submit collated loan applications to the credit management committee for review and approval
• Meet with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
• Conduct market surveys to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Provide feedback to supervisors on field sales activities
• Market company products and services to individuals and firms, identifying solutions that meet customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 4–6+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or deposit mobilization within the financial services or banking sector
• Strong understanding of financial products, credit processes, and market trends
• Excellent business networking, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to identify and convert leads into profitable business opportunities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Compensation

N400,000 - N800,000 Monthly
