About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, commercially astute Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our enterprise legal technology solutions. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who understands complex B2B sales cycles, can engage senior decision-makers, and has a strong track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
You will play a critical role in expanding our corporate and institutional client base, leading a team, shaping sales strategy, and strengthening long-term client partnerships within Nigeria's evolving legal and technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise-level business opportunities across target markets
- Drive B2B sales of enterprise legal technology solutions to corporate, government, and institutional clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to improve client retention and lifetime value
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform sales positioning and strategy
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or B2B sales (experience in legal, tech, or enterprise solutions is an advantage)
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Goal-driven and self-motivated approach to work
