Sales and Order Fulfillment Officer - Lagos

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Order Fulfillment Officer to support our sales operations and customer experience. The Sales and Order Fulfillment Officer is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accurate processing, timely fulfillment, and clear communication with both internal teams and clients. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate order fulfillment, scheduling, and delivery with internal teams
• Liaise with customers regarding order status, timelines, and documentation and follow up until payment is made
• Ensure all orders comply with company procedures and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
• Work closely with Warehouse and Marketing teams to ensure effective delivery systems
• Handle customer queries and provide professional after-sales support
• Carry out periodic customer satisfaction surveys
• Maintain an adequate database of company customers and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in health product sales (Pharmaceutical products, IVF products, Medical devices, Diagnostics, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems
• Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
