An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services. - Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Manage and grow existing customer accounts while seeking new business opportunities. - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed. - Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any field. 2–3 years proven experience in a sales role. - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
