Sales and Marketing Officer

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to drive the sales and market presence of our bottled water and PVC pipe products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new markets, customers, and distribution channels for bottled water and PVC pipes
• Manage key accounts and customer relationships across retail, wholesale, construction, and industrial sectors
• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly

Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns (offline and digital) to drive brand visibility
• Organize product demonstrations, trade exhibitions, and promotional events
• Create marketing content including brochures, social media posts, and sales presentations
• Collaborate with the production team to align sales efforts with product availability

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Ensure timely delivery and after-sales support in collaboration with the logistics team

Reporting

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
• Provide strategic input on pricing, product packaging, and promotional offers
• Analyze sales data and recommend actionable improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years' proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or commodity products
