## Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join DCSL Corporate Services Limited in Lagos, Nigeria as Sales and Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership acquisition campaigns, manage lead conversion, and collaborate with the membership team to define target personas and nurturing strategies
- Design and sell corporate and private event packages, including quarterly and annual event calendars and revenue projections
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to build brand awareness and visibility
- Oversee digital marketing and social media engagement, ensuring premium content, storytelling, and consistent brand messaging across platforms
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, media relations, and influencer collaborations to expand reach and reputation
- Track and report on key performance metrics including membership growth, event bookings, guest footfall, campaign ROI, and overall revenue targets
- Liaise with vendors and collaborators to deliver co-branded events and ensure smooth execution of initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 7–10 years of proven sales and marketing experience in lifestyle, events, hospitality, or luxury services
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition strategies and event planning
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including customer journey mapping and content strategy
- Proficiency with Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and website CMS
- Experience with CRM and analytics tools (advantageous)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong project management ability with creative storytelling and content development capabilities
- Collaborative team player with commercial instincts and strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Lagos' luxury consumer landscape (advantageous)
