## Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
About the Role
A reputable hospitality organization seeks an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth across all outlets. You will be responsible for executing the hotel's sales strategy and maximizing revenues from bedrooms, meetings, events, and food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel, actively monitoring progress against KPIs, budgets, and revenue targets
- Liaise with the General Manager and Head Office to adopt competitive price strategies across the hotel
- Build and develop relationships with current clients
- Analyze current markets and identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Manage tour series contracting
- Organize and conduct site inspections and familiarization trips with the hotel team
- Manage third-party and promotional websites, liaising with providers to optimize the hotel's online position
- Monitor the hotel's social media profiles and ensure timely, appropriate responses
- Collaborate with the Digital Team to manage website content
- Develop and communicate departmental sales plans to all relevant parties
- Manage promotional collateral from concept through copyright, design, and print, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with a top branded hotel
- Degree in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of hotel operational software
