Sales and Marketing Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead sales and marketing initiatives while managing loan product coordination and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and market loan products while processing loan applications for customers
• Oversee subordinates and evaluate loan processing to determine customers' financial eligibility and feasibility of loan repayment
• Determine applicable financial ratios and metrics, and establish loan payment plans
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Open loan applications and conduct loan analysis by visiting clients' businesses and households
• Visit guarantors' businesses and employers to prepare complete loan assessments according to the bank's credit procedures
• Present loan proposals to credit units and inform clients of credit unit decisions
• Ensure punctual loan repayments from clients through consistent contact and visits as needed
• Maintain high-quality standards of the bank's credit portfolio
• Meet and exceed sales targets while actively working to increase business portfolio and client base

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience and proven track record in bank management
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and business landscape
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
