Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of professional experience in sales and marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven expertise in creating and executing marketing strategies and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Market research and analytical capabilities to measure campaign performance
• Leadership and team management experience
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
