About the Role

BWBMart is seeking a qualified Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team in Lagos. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work from home for part of the time while being based in our Lagos office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in building and maintaining client relationships
• Assist with sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Execute marketing strategies and initiatives
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Participate in training activities for clients and team members
• Gather and analyze market insights to inform business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge or experience in sales and sales management, with an understanding of methods to drive revenue and achieve growth targets
• Ability to assist with training programs for clients or team members
• Strong team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to supporting marketing initiatives
