## Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – Real Estate

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join Interrand Homes & Properties Limited in Abuja. We are seeking a result-oriented professional who understands the Abuja/Nasarawa property market, knows how to build trust with clients, close deals, and maintain strong brand visibility. If you thrive in real estate sales and consistently deliver measurable results, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
  • Source new leads and convert them to active buyers
  • Handle client inquiries, property inspections, and follow-ups
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and closed deals
  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to marketing strategies
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, property inspections, and promotional events
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Support brand visibility across digital and offline platforms

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any field
  • Proven and trackable real estate marketing and sales experience
  • Strong understanding of Abuja real estate trends and client needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Strong online and offline marketing ability
  • Good client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools (advantageous)
  • Professional, confident, and well-organized approach to work
