Responsibilities
- Make onboarding calls and qualify new leads
- Close leads on hotels.
- Use the provided onboarding scripts and CRM tools to track leads
- Share brochures, quotes, and deal updates professionally
- Maintain regular follow-ups and updates with leads
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth post-sale handover
Requirements
- Minimum of OND
- 1 - 4 years experience in similar role
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or travel is an added advantage
- Fluent spoken and written English
- High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset
- Organized, proactive, and tech-comfortable (Google Suite, WhatsApp, CRM).
