## Title: Sales Agent – Pension Products

Role Summary

We seek a dedicated Sales Agent to strategically develop, nurture, and manage relationships with customers, existing clients, and prospects. In this role, you will drive business growth and enhance customer retention by leveraging market insight and relationship-building skills to promote our pension products and increase RSA enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish strong business relationships to generate new RSA enrollees
  • Build and expand networks within the pension market to identify potential clients and organizations
  • Develop and manage a database of prospective RSA clients
  • Educate clients and prospects on pension products, features, and benefits
  • Apply product and industry knowledge to attract new enrollees and effectively manage existing clients
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain consistent client engagement to generate referrals and strengthen relationships
  • Represent the company at industry events and social functions to enhance brand visibility
  • Prepare pre- and post-call memos, reports, and follow-up documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field
  • Prior sales experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities
  • Proven ability to network, prospect, and convert leads into clients
