## Title: Sales Advisor
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Sales Advisor. In this role, you will drive sales growth and achieve targets while providing exceptional service to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned targets
- Provide detailed information about courses to prospective students
- Advise customers on the most suitable courses for their needs
- Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Ensure students are comfortably enrolled and settled in their selected programs
- Maintain and manage a prospect database with regular follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize outreach and promotion of courses
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
