## Title: Sales Administrative Officer
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Sales Administrative Officer at AACE Food Processing & Distribution Limited in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Order Management
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner across B2B and retail channels
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with Procurement/Warehouse to prevent stock-outs
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and records
- Generate regular sales reports, including sales performance, order status, and customer analytics
- Support the Sales Manager with data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps
Customer Relationship & Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external sales-related inquiries
- Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and payment schedules
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure promotional activities are implemented effectively
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Identify and propose improvements to sales processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in compliance with contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales administration within FMCG, B2B, and retail sales environments
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and order management
- Familiarity with ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
