## Title: Sales Administrative Manager

Job Purpose

Play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our sales processes by managing and enhancing sales support and administrative functions. You will support a team responsible for handling sales orders, customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Your contributions will enable our sales team to focus on what they do best: selling.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling communications

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (MBA Degree is an added advantage)
  • Proven experience in Sales Administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Compensation

N350,000 - N500,000 per month
