## Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue by prospecting, engaging clients, presenting properties, and closing deals. This field-based role requires strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships, meet and exceed sales targets, and provide accurate sales reports to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online platforms, networking events, and cold calling
- Present and promote property listings through site tours, inspections, product demonstrations, and tailored sales pitches
- Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, launches, marketing campaigns, and networking events
- Monitor market trends, property laws, and documentation processes, providing insights to management
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and updates to support accurate business decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide professional after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless property handovers
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years proven sales experience, particularly in real estate sales or property marketing
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Knowledge of property documentation processes
