About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Esporta Suites Hotel and Resorts Ltd as a Room Division Supervisor in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the Front Office and Housekeeping teams
• Ensure smooth room allocation, check-in/check-out procedures, and room readiness
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service quality
• Monitor occupancy levels and work closely with the sales and reservations teams
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure standards are maintained
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Support training and performance evaluation of staff within the division
• Prepare daily occupancy reports and assist in managing departmental budgets
• Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• OND, HND, or B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in hotel operations
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Sound knowledge of front office and housekeeping operations
• Proficiency in hotel management software
• Professional appearance and high attention to detail
