Rig Maintenance Supervisor at Uniterm Nigeria Limited

You will be accountable for the maintenance and operation of all rig equipment and systems (hardware and software) to ensure safe and efficient operations. You will provide oversight of all rig departments related to maintenance activities and serve as the focal point for technical queries from internal and external sources, acting as subject matter expert in asset integrity processes and systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to rig for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements related to asset integrity activities (inhibits and overrides, energy isolation, dropped objects, environmental monitoring)
• Demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) leadership through behavioral-based safety, management by walk around, and ad-hoc initiatives or campaigns
• Ensure Safety Case technical barriers are in place and effective, including management of Written Scheme of Verification (WSV) if applicable
• Manage rig technical documentation, including manuals, drawings, certificates, equipment registers, and IADC equipment list
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control of the rig's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Serve as superuser for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including training of all rig users

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum High School education or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of oilfield experience
• 4 years of experience in the role of Rig Maintenance Supervisor (or similar) onboard an offshore installation
• Offshore Survival certification (OPITO BOSIET/FOET)
• Offshore Medical certification (OEUK)
