Zatagreen Limited is seeking a qualified Retail Store Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to expand customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Monitor and report on buying trends, customer needs, and financial performance
• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and market share
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Model high standards of behavior and performance
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all business dealings
• Perform additional store management duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• First Degree in a relevant field
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager
